Objectives

  1. Ensuring the smooth running of the event: supporting the organization of the event through financial contributions and/or essential services.

  2. Promoting academic excellence: supporting an elite international event that values ​​educational performance in transdisciplinary fields (linguistics, cryptography, natural language processing)

  3. Supporting Romania's image internationally: contributing to the organization of a prestigious global event in Bucharest and consolidating Romania's status as a hub of intelligence and innovation.

The event has an estimated total budget of ~1.540.000 lei (approximately 302.000 euros). The main sources of funding are the participation fees of the national delegations and the allocation of the Ministry of Education and Research, the difference of 100.000 euros we want to attract from sponsorships, in order to ensure the event runs at the expected level of excellence.

Sponsorship methods

  1. Financial sponsorship - consisting of monetary contributions made through the University of Bucharest Alumni Association, which cover general expenses or, at your choice, specific expenses, such as accommodation and meal costs for the jury or volunteers, organization of the opening and closing ceremonies, transportation, etc.

  2. In-kind sponsorship (goods) - consisting of the provision of products or materials necessary for the event, such as: office supplies, printing and material production services, trophies, medals, certificates and awards for participants, welcome packages, t-shirts, personalized bottles, gifts, drinking water, snacks or protocol products.

  3. Sponsorship in services - providing or paying directly to suppliers for services essential for the event, such as transportation of the international jury, catering services or lunch packages for the competition days; photo-video services, streaming and live broadcasts; IT services, cleaning services or medical assistance, organization of the cultural program, day trip or social events.
